🚚 Delivery Coverage
We currently deliver to select pin codes in India. You can check if your area is serviceable by using our Pincode Checker available on the product and cart pages.
If your pincode is eligible, we ensure same-day delivery within 1–2 hours of order placement during our delivery hours.
⏰ Order Cut-Off & Delivery Timing
- Order Cut-Off Time: 9:00 PM IST
- Handling Time: 0 Days (we pack and dispatch immediately)
- Delivery Days: Monday to Sunday (including public holidays)
- Delivery Timeframe: 1 to 2 hours from order confirmation
Note: Orders placed after cut-off may be delivered the next day depending on product availability.
📦 Packaging & Quality Assurance
All seafood items are packed using food-grade, insulated, and temperature-controlled packaging to maintain freshness. Our team follows strict hygiene and safety protocols at every step.
💼 Delivery Charges
We offer free delivery on orders above ₹500.
For orders below this amount, a nominal delivery fee of ₹50 may be applied.
❌ Undeliverable Orders
Orders may be canceled or delayed under circumstances such as:
- Service not available at your pin code
- Incorrect address or phone number
- Natural calamities or operational limitations
In such cases, our team will contact you to inform and resolve the issue at the earliest.
